PERSONAL USE MUSIC LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Personal Use Music License ("License") applies to all music products sold by Lab Art Music through https://www.labartmusic.com. By purchasing any music created by Krzysztof Szopa or distributed by Lab Art Music, the purchaser ("You") agrees to the terms and conditions of this License.

6. Term and Termination

This License is effective from the date of purchase and remains valid unless terminated by Lab Art Music. Lab Art Music reserves the right to revoke this License if You breach its terms. Upon termination, You must delete all copies of the Music in your possession.

7. Liability and Indemnification

Lab Art Music and Krzysztof Szopa are not liable for any damages arising from Your misuse of the Music. You agree to indemnify and hold Lab Art Music and its affiliates harmless from any claims related to unauthorized use.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This License is governed by the laws of the European Union. Any disputes arising under this License will be resolved in the courts of the Licensor's registered location, Lab Art Music, or as otherwise required by EU consumer protection laws.
